Hi, I'm Fahim

I am Mo Fahim, but my real name is Mostafa Fahim. Currently, I’m a fourth-year dental student. I entered the fitness world in 2020, and at that time, I discovered it was a passion of mine. I was lucky to be overweight then, as I wanted to lose weight and have a healthy appearance. So, I started researching and exploring, and I found that I was interested in and loved the subject, especially nutrition. This is where my learning journey began, from that time until now as you read this biography. I now have considerable experience and knowledge that I can convey to you in a simplified way. I can help you achieve any goal, whether you want muscle gain or fat loss. By the way, I’ve lost about 50 pounds.

Who is the team behind this site?

So far, I am the sole person behind this website. I, Mostafa Fahim, am the one who shares my experience with you and writes the articles, and I’m also the one who designed this website (“What do you think about it? Send me your opinion through the contact form”). I’m also responsible for social media. Multi-talented, huh? But no, I love doing things myself to execute them as I envision. However, I promise you I’ll change this habit soon.
